Verdolino di spiccata luminosità.
All'olfatto risaltano nitidi sentori di
pompelmo, cedro e foglia di pomodoro.
L'ingresso al palato è pregevole e di
buon equilibrio, con una sferzante fre-
schezza che sostiene il sorso. Si esalta-
no i cenni di agrumi che emergono
nella memorabile chiusura. Matura in
acciaio per 4 mesi. n FRITTATA DI
ASPARAGI E MENTUCCIA
Giallo paglierino con riflessi verdoli-
ni. Ananas e tiglio, con intriganti
nuance di maggiorana in sottofondo. In
bocca è di buona struttura e intensità.
Indugia su una stuzzicante sapidità che
ravviva la beva e conduce al gradevole
finale costellato da ritorni di frutta esotica
che invitano al sorso successivo.
Maturazione in acciaio per 6 mesi. n

Y ellow-green hue, marked bri-
ghtness. On the nose, clear hints of
grapefruit, cedar and tomato leaf stand
out. On the palate, it is fine and well
balanced, with a boosting freshness that
supports the sip. The hints of citrus fruits
that emerge in the memorable finish are
enhanced. Maturation in steel for 4

highlights. Pineapple and lime, with
intriguing notes of marjoram in the back-
ground. In the mouth, it has good structure

savor that enlivens the drink and leads to a
pleasant finish dotted with recalls of exotic
fruit that entices another sip. Maturation in
