G iallo paglierino. Minerale sulfureo
e di pietra focaia, seguito dall'erba
tagliata. Agrumi, albicocca e ginestra.
Gusto deciso, pieno, intenso ed equili-
brato, con il persistere di aromi fruttati
che insieme all'elegante sapidità chiu-
dono l'assaggio. Matura parte in acciaio
e parte in barrique per 12 mesi. n
SALMONE AL FORNO
Rubino. Amarena, anche sotto spiri-
to, garofano e rosa rossa. Le spe-
zie, con vaniglia e anice, si fanno ben
percepire. Il palato è gradevolmente
avvolto da una trama tannica ben equi-
librata dalla morbidezza, per un abbrac-
cio molto intenso e di lunga durata.
Delizioso finale speziato. In barrique

Straw yellow hue. Mineral hints of
sulphur and flint , followed by cut
grass. Citrus, apricot and broom. Strong
taste, full, intense and balanced, with
persistence of fruity aromas which toge-
ther with an elegant savor close the
tasting. It ages partly in steel and partly

R uby hue. Black cherry, also in alco-
hol, carnation and red rose. Clear
spicy hints of vanilla and anise. The pala-
te is pleasantly enveloped by a well-
balanced tannic texture with softness,
for a very intense and long-lasting
embrace. Delicious spicy finish. In barri-
