iallo paglierino vivace con riflessi
verdini. Zagara, sambuco, bianco-
spino, ginestra, pesca gialla e mela
renetta. Sorso corposo e ben equilibra-
to, con freschezza e sapidità in gradevo-
le risalto e finale impreziosito da stuzzi-
canti sentori di melissa ed erba di San
Pietro. Fermentazione e maturazione in
cemento vetrificato 6 mesi.

FRITTURA MISTA DI PARANZA
R
osso rubino. Profuma di marasca,
prugna rossa, rosa rossa, anche
appassita, geranio e viola. Equilibrato e
consistente, con tannini carezzevoli,
all’assaggio aggiunge lieve mineralità di
idrocarburi che sfuma su una gradevole
speziatura di pepe verde. Fermenta in
acciaio, matura in barrique per 18 mesi.

elder, hawthorn, broom, yellow peach
and pippin apple. Full-bodied and well-
balanced sip, with freshness and savor
in a pleasant emphasis and finish enri-
ched with tantalizing hints of lemon
balm and tansy. Fermentation and matu-
ration in vitrified concrete 6 months.

uby red hue. It smells of cherry, red
plum, red rose, even withered,
geranium and viola. Balanced and consi-
stent, with caressing tannins, when
tasted it adds a slight mineral hint of
hydrocarbons that fades on a pleasant
spiciness of green pepper. Fermentation
in steel, aging in barrique for 18 months.
