G iallo paglierino luminoso. Ginestra,
tarassaco e una nota fragrante si
intrecciano a sentori di luppolo, note mari-
ne, anice e melone bianco. L'assaggio è
segnato da una vivace dinamicità in cui
emerge la freschezza e una eccellente nota
sapida che smorzano la generosa dotazio-
ne alcolica. Persistenza che evoca ricordi
esotici. Matura in acciaio per 5 mesi. n
CERNIA AL FORNO CON PATATE, OLIVE
E POMODORINI
R ubino fitto e impenetrabile. Geranio,
viola leggermente macerata, sotto-
bosco. Una nota terrosa e di grafite
accompagna confettura di ribes nero.
Ricordi di pepe nero. La struttura è impo-
nente e avvolta da un caldo abbraccio. È
dotato di una ottima trama tannica e den-
sità di assaggio. Finale balsamico. Sosta in

lion and a fragrant note intertwine
with hints of hops, marine notes, anise and
white melon.The taste is marked by a lively
dynamism in which freshness and excellent
savory notes emerge to smoothen the gene-
rous alcohol content. Its persistence evokes
exotic scents. It matures in steel for 5

Dense and impenetrable ruby hue.
Geranium, slightly macerated viola,

Recalls of black pepper.The body is impres-
sive and enveloped in a warm embrace. It
has excellent tannic texture and density on
tasting. Balsamic finish. In barriques for 18
