iallo paglierino, cristallino. Intenso al
naso, spazia dai fiori di sambuco a
papaia e avocado, con tratti iodati e sulfu-
rei che si palesano in successione. Il sorso
è morbido e vellutato, la buona sapidità è
appagante e il retrogusto di salvia e cedro
invita al sorso successivo. Vinificato in
acciaio per 7 mesi.

osso rubino splendente. Il bouquet è
caratterizzato da una finezza indiscu-
tibile: rose rosse, amarene e alloro si apro-
no nell’immediato, lasciando poi i riflettori
alle foglie di tè nero, legno umido e spunti
balsamici. È caldo e morbido, la freschez-
za sostiene un tannino di ottima fattura.
L’insieme di questi fattori regala una strut-
tura esemplare. Retrogusto di amarena
sotto spirito e pepe. Fermenta in acciaio
ove resta per 6 mesi, poi in barrique per 18
mesi.

rystal clear straw yellow hue. Intense on
the nose, it ranges from elderflower to
papaya and avocado, with iodized and sulphu-
rous traits that reveal themselves in sequence.
The sip is soft and velvety, the good savor is sati-
sfying and the aftertaste of sage and cedar invi-
tes to drink. Vinified in steel for 7 months.

terized by an indisputable refinement:
immediate scents of red roses, black cherries
and bay leaves, then black tea leaves, moist
wood and balsamic hints. It is warm and soft, its
freshness supports well-made tannins.The com-
bination of these factors gives an exemplary
body. Aftertaste of black cherry in alcohol and
pepper. It ferments in steel where it remains for
6 months, then in barrique for 18 months.
