Ginestra, rosa gialla, camomilla,
pesca gialla, banana, prugna gialla e
mango. All’assaggio è equilibrato, con
notevole struttura ben bilanciata da sapi-
dità e freschezza, arricchito nel finale
dal profumo dell’erba di San Pietro.
Sosta sui lieviti 5 mesi dei 6 trascorsi in
acciaio.

dolini. Profuma di biancospino,
acacia, zagara e sambuco. Prugna gial-
la, pesca nettarina, banana e mela gol-
den. Corposo ed equilibrato, con sapidi-
tà e freschezza ben rappresentate. Nel
finale offre melissa e finocchio selvati-
co. In acciaio per 6 mesi, di cui 2 sui lie-
viti.

green highlights. It smells of haw-
thorn, acacia, orange blossom and
elderberry. Yellow plum, nectarine
peach, banana and Golden apple. Full-
bodied and balanced, with well-repre-
sented savor and freshness. In the
finish, it offers scents of lemon balm
and wild fennel. In steel for 6 months,
out of which 2 months on yeasts.
