anice, frutta gialla di pesca. Mela, kiwi e
nespola. Impatto avvolgente, con un
buon calore alcolico bilanciato da fresca
sapidità. Tornano in chiusura i toni di
frutti gialli. Matura in cemento per 9
mesi.

L
uminoso paglierino, sfumato di
oro. Vegetale di fieno e paglia e
fruttato di pera e mela cotogna. Vira su
fiori gialli di campo e spezie dolci. Al
gusto denota l’immediata morbidezza
dell’alcol integrata da una vena sapida.
La persistenza rimanda alla frutta matu-
ra. Sosta in cemento, sui lieviti, per 18
mesi.

of elderberry and hawthorn, herba-
ceous and anise, fruity of yellow peach.
Apple, kiwi and medlar. Enveloping
impact, with a good alcoholic warmth
balanced by fresh savor. Tones of yellow
fruits in the finish. Aging in concrete for 9
months.

nuances. Vegetal notes of hay and
straw and fruity notes of pear and quince.
Then it turns to yellow wildflowers and
sweet spices. The taste denotes an imme-
diate alcohol softness supplemented by a
savory vein. The persistence recalls ripe
fruit. In cement, on yeasts, for 18 months.
