iallo paglierino dalle brillanti striatu-
re verdoline e oro. Apre salmastro,
trascina profumi di mandarino e salvia con
nuance di fieno e pan brioche. Equilibrio
edificato su alcol, glicerina e sali. Chiude
con note di coriandolo. Vino lungo e pron-
to, tra qualche anno raggiungerà il massi-
mo obiettivo. Matura metà in acciaio e
metà in tonneau per 12 mesi.

ro brillante, consistente. Fiori di
tiglio, miele, mandarino, cedro e
iodio, zafferano e botrite. La morbidezza
calda e vellutata va pian piano acceleran-
do, grazie alla freschezza vibrante e alla
lunga sapidità che si spegne in un piacevo-
le e dolce ammandorlato. Vinificato metà
in acciaio e metà in tonneau d'Allier.

right golden hue. Linden, honey, tange-
rine, cedar and iodine flowers, saffron
and botrytis. In the mouth, it goes down slo-
wly, the warm and velvety softness slowly
accelerates, thanks to the vibrant freshness
and the long savour that extinguishes on a
pleasant and sweet almond trait.Vinified par-
tly in steel and partly in Allier tonneau.

traw yellow hue with bright yellow-green
and golden streaks. Brackish on the nose,
it carries aromas of tangerine and sage with
nuances of hay and pan brioche. Balance sup-
ported by alcohol, glycerin and salts. Aromatic
herbs, dried fruit then coriander. Long and
ready wine, in a few years it will reach its
maximum expression. Aged partly in steel and
partly in tonneau for 12 months.
