G iallo dorato profondo. Al naso
propone sentori di zafferano,
uvetta, frutta candita ed esotica. Note di
idrocarburi e leggeri richiami iodati.
L'ingresso in bocca è caldo e potente,
ma anche morbido e sapido. Finale su
toni dolci, quasi burrosi. Matura in
acciaio per 12 mesi, ove permane sui
lieviti per 8 mesi. n POLENTA CON
LUMACHE DI MARE
Colore paglierino, è consistente. Si
offre all'olfatto con fini profumi di
erba tagliata, biancospino, mandorla
verde, pompelmo. Tracce di muschio.
Al palato rivela acidità sferzante, morbi-
dezza, intensità e apprezzabile equili-
brio. Si congeda lentamente con grade-
voli ricordi ammandorlati. Maturazione

D eep golden yellow hue. The nose
offers hints of saffron, raisins, can-
died and exotic fruit. Notes of hydrocar-
bons and light iodized references. On
the palate, it is warm and powerful, but
also soft and savory. Finish on sweet,
almost buttery tones. It ages in steel for
12 months, where it remains on yeasts

100% Verdicchio
Alcohol 14.5% - €14 - Btls. 9,850
S traw yellow hue, it is consistent. On
the nose, fine aromas of cut grass,
hawthorn, green almond, grapefruit.
Notes of moss. On the palate, it reveals
boosting acidity, softness, intensity and
appreciable balance. It finishes slowly
with pleasant almond recalls.
Maturation in steel for 9 months. n
