affumicate, che subito lasciano spazio
ad acacia e sambuco. Accenni erbacei di
fieno, prosegue con pompelmo, prugna
gialla e richiami esotici di ananas. In bocca
freschezza e sapidità trovano un ottimo
equilibrio, mentre sensazioni minerali di
selce perdurano per lungo tempo. Matura
in acciaio per 10 mesi.

profumi floreali di acacia e zagare
vengono esaltati da percezioni agrumate
ed erbacee, di lime, erba cedrina e salvia.
Pesca bianca e mandorla verde precedo-
no uno sbuffo salmastro. Irruente in
bocca, dalla grande freschezza e sapidità
che ne sottolineano il temperamento.
Persistente nel vivace finale. Vinificazione
in acciaio per 10 mesi.

ale straw yellow hue. It opens on light
smoky notes, which immediately give
way to scents of acacia and elderberry.
Herbaceous hints of hay, it continues with
scents of grapefruit, yellow plum and exo-
tic hints of pineapple. In the mouth, fre-
shness and savor find an excellent balance,
while mineral sensations of flint persist for a
long time. Maturation in steel for 10
months.
