sfalciata, mandorla verde, mela
cotogna e note salmastre. All'assaggio
risalta subito una pungente freschezza cor-
retta da una discreta percezione alcolica. Il
perfetto equilibrio lo raggiungerà in un
prossimo divenire. Lunga ed elegante la
scia ammandorlata. Maturazione in accia-
io per 5 mesi.

una lunga persistenza finemente amari-
cante. Matura in acciaio per 12 mesi.
