di ginestra e camomilla, sedano,
pesca nettarina, mela cotogna e paglia.
Esordisce in bocca con bella sensazione
calorica, quasi amaricante. Seguono roton-
dità e grande acidità che fanno da preludio
a un epilogo tenuemente ammandorlato.

BACCALÀ MANTECATO
R
osso rubino dai riflessi violacei.
Intenso. Pepe nero in evidenza. Poi
viola, mirtillo maturo, nocciola tostata,
cacao, humus e cuoio. Sorso di grande
corpo, freschezza e morbidezza sono ben
bilanciate e il tannino si integra perfetta-
mente. Lunghissimo finale asciutto e appa-
gante.

ntense straw yellow hue. Fine hints of
broom and chamomile, celery, nec-
tarine peach, quince and straw. It begins in
the mouth with a nice warm sensation,
almost bitter, followed by roundness and
great acidity that are the prelude to a faintly
almond finish.

Intense. Black pepper in evidence.
Then viola, ripe blueberry, toasted hazelnut,
cocoa, humus and leather. Full-bodied sip,

and the tannins integrate perfectly. Very
long dry and satisfying finish.
