G iallo paglierino. Intenso e origina-
le al naso, profuma di camomilla,
ginestra e mimosa, anche appassite.
Decise note mielate seguite da melone,
papaia e frutto della passione. Al palato
è avvolgente, con freschezza e sapidità
in equilibrio con la morbidezza. Finale
ancora mielato. In legno piccolo per 12
mesi. CONIGLIO IN POTACCHIO
R osso rubino. Un mondo di profumi
fruttati di ciliegia, mora e lampone,
anche in confettura e floreali di viola, gera-
nio e garofano. Effluvi speziati di vaniglia e
sfumature di smalto. Al palato è suadente,
con gusto pieno e raffinato, fresco e morbi-
do, caldo e con tannino elegante. Sfoggia
equilibrio e armonia nel persistere della
ciliegia. Fermenta in acciaio, matura in
barrique di rovere per 24 mesi.

S traw yellow hue. Intense and uni-
que on the nose, scent of chamo-
mile, broom and mimosa, also withe-
red. Clear honey notes followed by
melon, papaya and passion fruit. On
the palate, it is enveloping, with fre-
shness and savour balanced with soft-
ness. Honey finish. In small wooden
barrels for 12 months. CONIGLIO IN

R uby red hue. A world of fruity scents
of cherry, blackberry and raspberry,
also in jam and floral of viola, geranium
and carnation. Spicy scents of vanilla and
nuances of polish. On the palate, it is soo-
thing, with full and refined taste, fresh and
soft, warm and with elegant tannins. It
shows balance and harmony in the persi-
sting cherry scent. Fermented in steel,
aged in oak barriques for 24 months.
