Rubino profondo. Olfatto ricco di spe-
zie, di frutti neri, di fiori appassiti. Pepe
bianco e cannella, mirtillo e tabacco.
Tannino vibrante, sapido in buon equilibrio
con la sensazione alcolica. Chiude asciutto
con vena amaricante. In botte grande per 12

Impenetrabile rosso rubino con bagliori
granato. Vaniglia, macis, pimento, e liqui-
rizia. Confetture di amarena, mora, prugna e
rose rosse appena disidratate. Menta e pol-
vere di cacao e caffè. Avvolgente tannino
levigato che s’integra alla sapidità. La siner-
gia tra i polialcoli e l’alcol bilancia le perce-
zioni dure. Persistenza di confetture di frutti

Deep ruby red hue. Nose rich in spi-
ces, black fruits, withered flowers.
White pepper and cinnamon, blueberry
and tobacco. Vibrant tannin, savory in
good balance with alcoholic sensations.
It closes dry with a bitter vein. In large

I mpenetrable ruby red hue with garnet
flashes. Vanilla, mace, allspice, and lico-
rice. Black cherry, blackberry, plum jams
and a bouquet of freshly dehydrated red
roses. Mint and cocoa powder and coffee.
Enveloping smooth tannin that integrates
with savour and makes the drink elegant.
Beautiful synergy between polyalcohols
and alcohol to balance the hard percep-
tions. The persistence of red fruit jams is
very long. Aging in barrique for 18 months.
