ubino dal bordo granato. Apre bal-
samico poi china, rabarbaro, tama-
rindo e resina. Lavanda e garofano essic-
cati e una nota iodata. Quindi caffè,
cioccolato amaro, uva sultanina e ribes
nero. In bocca entra potente con fre-
schezza non doma e un tannino già levi-
gato. Chiude con note di frutta sotto spi-
rito. Sosta in legno per 12 mesi.

POLENTA AL RAGÙ DI CIAIUSCOLO
R
osso rubino con riflessi granato. Al
naso eucalipto, geranio, rosa
rossa, basilico, rosmarino, pepe rosa.
Emergono mirtillo nero, carruba, farina
di castagne e sul finale un cenno ferru-
ginoso. La bocca è dominata dall'alcol
ma mitigata dalla acidità rinfrescante. Il
tannino integrato conduce a una con-
clusione di scorza d'arancia disidratata.
Riposa in legno per 12 mesi.

uby hue with a garnet rims. It
opens with balsamic hints then
cinchona, rhubarb, tamarind and resin.
Dried lavender and carnation then iodi-
zed notes, coffee, bitter chocolate, sul-
tanas and black currants. In the mouth,
it enters powerful with untamed fre-
shness and already smooth tannins. In
closes with notes of fruit in alcohol. In
wooden barrels for 12 months.

uby red hue with garnet highlights.
On the nose, scents of eucalyptus,
geranium, red rose, basil, rosemary, pink
pepper. Blueberry, carob, chestnut flour
and a ferruginous hint emerge in the
finish. The palate is dominated by alco-
hol but mitigated by refreshing acidity.
Integrated tannins lead to final scents of
dehydrated orange peel. In wooden bar-
rels for 12 months.
