profumi di ginestra e limone, con
cenni di albicocca e mimosa in sottofon-
do. In bocca è di buon corpo ed emerge
una suadente morbidezza che accarezza
il palato. In chiusura, una sfumata sapi-
dità si unisce a ritorni di agrumi e frutti
esotici invitando al sorso successivo.
Maturazione in acciaio per 9 mesi.

ARAGOSTA GRATINATA AL FORNO

osso rubino con riflessi violacei.
Apre con intensi sentori di tabacco e
garofano, seguiti da intriganti nuance di
prugna e cioccolato. All'assaggio è di otti-
ma struttura ed equilibrio. La componente
tannica è cesellata e abbraccia con ele-
ganza l'avvolgente alcolicità. Memorabile
il finale costellato da aromi di spezie.
Matura in barrique francese per 18 mesi.

lemon, with hints of apricot and mimo-
sa in the background. In the mouth, it is
full-bodied and a persuasive softness
caresses the palate. In the finish, a
nuanced savor is combined with recalls
of citrus and exotic fruits inviting to
drink. Maturation in steel for 9 months.

the nose, it opens with intense hints
of tobacco and carnation, followed by
intriguing nuances of plum and chocola-
te. When tasted, it is of excellent body
and balance. The tannic component is
chiseled and elegantly embraces the
enveloping alcohol content. Memorable
finish sparkled with spicy aromas. Aged
in French barrique for 18 months.
