Freschezze agrumate di pompelmo,
mela, pesca saturnia, fragoline di bosco
e ciliegia. Bellissima beva, freschissimo
al sapore in equilibrio con il delicato
tenore alcolico, dalla gustosa sapidità.
L’elegante persistenza è legata a cenni di
mallo di noce e fiori rosa. In acciaio per
4 mesi.

MOZZARELLA IN CARROZZA
I
mpenetrabile granato che volge all’aran-
ciato. Importante impatto olfattivo di
fieno e foglie di tabacco fermentate.
Confettura di prugne e frutta sotto spirito. Le
spezie virano dalla vaniglia al pepe verde,
con un bouquet di fiori disidratati e punte
di fuliggine. Bocca signorile con un tannino
setoso sorretto da una raffinata sapidità
equilibrata dalla presenza alcolica. In chiu-
sura tornano i piacevoli appunti vegetali.
Maturazione in barrique per 12 mesi.

cherry. Beautiful drink, very fresh on
tasting, in balance with the delicate alco-
hol content and a tasty savor. The elegant
persistence is linked to hints of walnut
husk and pink flowers. In steel for 4
months.

orange. Important olfactory impact of
hay and fermented tobacco leaves. Plum
and fruit preserve in alcohol.The spices turn
from vanilla to green pepper, with a bou-
quet of dehydrated flowers and light soot.
Elegant mouth with silky tannins supported
by a refined savour balanced by the alcoho-
lic content. In the finish, pleasant vegetal
notes. Maturation in barrique for 12months.
