colore. Fragrante di lieviti e di bignè,
piccole fragoline di bosco appena mature,
viola mammola. Sorso freschissimo, vei-
colato dalla carbonica cremosa e avvol-
gente. Il residuo zuccherino porta il finale
a scoprire la crema pasticciera ai frutti
rossi. Sosta sui lieviti per 12 mesi.

berries, sweet viola. Very fresh sip, con-
veyed by the creamy and enveloping car-
bonic dioxide. The residual sugar in the fin-
