Sentori di prugna, nespola e camomil-
la, seguiti da nuance di timo. Sorso intenso e
avvolgente, con una generosa alcolicità
affiancata da stuzzicante nota sapida.
Sfumature di frutta a polpa gialla matura in
chiusura. n FILETTO DI BRANZINO GRATI-
NATO
G iallo paglierino intenso. Mela,
mimosa e ginestra. All'assaggio è
di buona struttura e di ottimo equilibrio,
con una vivace freschezza e un'intri-
gante sapidità ben bilanciate da un'ade-
guata morbidezza. Nel finale ritornano
gradevoli aromi di fiori gialli. n
