G iallo paglierino vivace. Esordio
olfattivo di rosa gialla, camomilla
e ginestra seguiti da pesca e prugna gial-
la, agrumi dolci. Erbe aromatiche, sal-
via, e anice stellato. All'assaggio è caldo
e morbido, bilanciato da sapidità e
buona freschezza. Il finale è fruttato di
evidenti note agrumate. n CODA DI
ROSPO GRATINATA
Rosso rubino impenetrabile, porpora
ai bordi. Rosa rossa e iris, more,
marasca, ciliegia e ribes nero. Alloro e
foglie di tè nero anticipano tratti speziati
di pepe nero e tabacco. Al gusto si mostra
caldo e di grande struttura, la morbidezza
è mitigata da tannino rotondo e sapidità.

L ively straw yellow hue. Olfactory
profile starting with scents of yellow
rose, chamomile and broom followed by
peach, yellow plum, sweet citrus hints.
Herbs, sage, and star anise. The taste is
warm and soft, balanced by savor and
good freshness. The finish is fruity with

Aging Oak barrels 8 months
Impenetrable ruby red hue with purple
rims. Red rose and iris, blackberries,
morello cherry, cherry and black currant.
Bay leaf and black tea leaves anticipate
spicy traits of black pepper and tobacco.
The taste is warm and of great structure, its
softness is mitigated by round tannins and
sapidity. The aftertaste is spicy. n CARRÉ
