iallo dorato luminoso. Sentori di
camomilla, rosa gialla, pietra focaia,
rosmarino, anice stellato, pepe bianco, vani-
glia e pesca. Sferzante freschezza all'assag-
gio, ben compensata da morbidezza. Intenso
e di corpo, si congeda lentamente con aromi
di mandorla.

RISOTTO ALLA PESCATORA
C
olore rubino, riflessi granato. Ricordi bal-
samici, di geranio, legno secco, polvere
da sparo, ribes nero, ciliegia e prugna in confet-
tura. Sorso che pervade per morbidezza e sapi-
dità. Tannino presente e in evoluzione.
Prospettico. Finale persistente su note di confet-
tura di frutta rossa.
