morello cherry and viola, nuances of
tobacco and cumin. Full and enveloping
sip, pleasantly sweet. The rich soft com-
ponents are balanced by strong and
defined tannins and result in persuasive
aromas of red fruits and spices. n

G arnet red hue. On the nose, hints of
cherries in alcohol and dried rose,
with hints of rhubarb and ethereal notes.
When tasted, it is of excellent body with
generous alcohol content and velvety tan-
nins. Finsh made up of clear and stimulat-

R ubino impenetrabile. Visciola,
marasca e viola, nuance di tabac-
co e cumino. Sorso pieno e avvolgente,
gradevolmente abboccato. Le ricche
componenti morbide sono bilanciate da
un tannino deciso e cesellato e sfociano
in suadenti aromi di frutti rossi e spezie.
n GUANCIALE DI MANZO AL BRANDY
R osso granato. Al naso sentori di
ciliegia sotto spirito e rosa appassi-
ta, con cenni di rabarbaro e note eteree.
All'assaggio è di ottima struttura, con
generosa alcolicità e tannino vellutato.
Finale costituito da nitidi e stimolanti
