di ananas, prugna e mimosa, segui-
ti da tracce di pesca. In bocca è struttu-
rato e di ottimo equilibrio, con una
decisa componente sapida e una gene-
rosa alcolicità. Chiude con coinvolgenti
aromi di frutta a polpa gialla.

TONNARELLI CACIO E PEPE

ubino con riflessi granato. Sentori
di marasca, ciclamino e pepe,
accompagnati da cenni di viola e tabac-
co. All'assaggio è di buona intensità e
struttura, con un'avvolgente morbidez-
za e tannini decisi. Sfocia in un finale
leggermente amaricante con ritorni di
piccoli frutti rossi.

tering finish with recalls of small red fruits.
